Jitterbug Jewellery strives to provide high quality jewellery and excellent customer service and hope that you are delighted with your purchase. If however, on the rare occasion you are not completely satisfied with your jewellery, you can return or exchange your goods within 14 days of receipt.

To return your item, simply e-mail quoting: your invoice number, name and address, details of the product and the reason you wish to return the item. I will then contact you and advise you on how to proceed. It is your responsibility to notify me within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately I am unable to process claims for goods to be returned or exchanged after this time period.

For reasons of hygiene, I'm unable to offer refunds or exchanges on earrings. In addition, I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges on custom-made products unless they are faulty. 

To be eligible for a refund, please provide proof of purchase (original invoice number), and return the unworn and unused items in all of their original packaging. Where there is evidence that the items have been worn or do not have their original proof of purchase, I will not be able to accept them for a refund or exchange. Jitterbug Jewellery reserves the right to reject returns and exchanges. Refunds will be made within 14 days after receipt of returned goods. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

I would advise that you send all items via Royal Mail Special Delivery, or another secure method of postage, as Jitterbug Jewellery cannot be held responsible for non-delivery or damage of returned goods.

Please be advised that your original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item you received was sent in error. Any customs or import duties charged on international returns will be charged to the sender except if the returned item is faulty. Payment for postage will be required on any new item if you choose to exchange.

Faulty Items: I do my utmost to ensure that items are always packed securely and safely. However, should you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact me within 7 days of receipt. I am unable to process claims for goods received as faulty after this period of time.
