On receipt of payment, I aim to ship all orders within 5-7 working days unless otherwise stated. As all the pieces are individually handcrafted and Assay stamped (where applicable), it takes a little longer to get your products out to you. If you need an item especially quickly then please email email@example.com and I will do my utmost to get items to you as soon as possible. Please be advised that my working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm.
Your jewellery will be delivered to the address provided at the time the order is placed. All orders that are posted to UK addresses will require a signature on arrival so please bear this in mind when entering the delivery address.
The following methods of delivery are available at checkout:
UK Delivery: Free. UK deliveries will be sent Royal Mail 1st Class and will require a signature on arrival.
Next Day Delivery - £4.99. UK deliveries will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is a fully trackable next day delivery service and will require a signature on arrival.
International Delivery (EU & rest of the world): £12.00. International deliveries will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked, which is a trackable service. Orders will arrive within 5-7 days from the item being dispatched. Please note that for international orders outside of the EU, any import duty, taxes and clearance fees (where applicable) that may be due in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer and recipient of the order.
I regret that I am unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Packaging: All your jewellery is individually packaged in a stylish Jitterbug Jewellery gift box.
Gifts: If you are buying a gift for someone, I'd be happy to send it directly to the recipient’s home address. Or if you would like your order to be delivered to your office address, then just let me know and I will arrange this for you.
Jitterbug Jewellery strives to provide high quality jewellery and excellent customer service and hope that you are delighted with your purchase. If however, on the rare occasion you are not completely satisfied with your jewellery, you can return or exchange your goods within 7 days of receipt.
To return your item, simply e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org quoting: your invoice number, name and address, details of the product and the reason you wish to return the item. I will then contact you and advise you on how to proceed. It is your responsibility to notify me within 7 days of receipt. Unfortunately I will not be able to process claims for goods to be returned or exchanged after this time period.
For reasons of hygiene, I are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on earrings. In addition, I are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on custom-made products unless they are faulty.
To be eligible for a refund, please provide proof of purchase (original invoice number), and return the unworn and unused items in all of their original packaging. Where there is evidence that the items have been worn or do not have their original proof of purchase, I'll not be able to accept them for a refund or exchange. Jitterbug Jewellery reserves the right to reject returns and exchanges. Refunds will be made within 14 days after receipt of returned goods. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
It's advisable that you send all items via Royal Mail Special Delivery, or another secure method of postage to avoid non-delivery or damage of returned goods.
Please be advised that your original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item you received was sent in error. Any customs or import duties charged on international returns will be charged to the sender except if the returned item is faulty. Payment for postage will be required on any new item if you choose to exchange.
Faulty Items: I do my utmost to ensure that items are always packed securely and safely. However, should you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact me within 7 days of receipt. I am unable to process claims for goods received as faulty after this period of time.
